Our AMADA ACIES-AJ is the high-end version of the punch-laser combination machines. Equipped with a 3 kW AMADA fiber laser, a 300 kN servo-electric drive, an automatic tool changer that can accommodate up to 300 punches and 600 dies and with Automatic Loading and Unloading Systems. Thus automatic parts removal and sorting, guarantees the highest productivity with maximum flexibility.

With the Fiber-laser source we can manufacture products in aluminum, brass, copper and titanium. Another advantage is that no human hands touch the workpieces during the manufacturing process. With automatic raw material loading, brush worktable and automatic loading and sorting of finished products, we meet even the strictest surface standards. Scratch-Free Machining - AMADA-s continuous research has led to the development of a punching system that allows complex formed parts to be machined without scratches. The lower ZR turret is completely covered by a brush table, and the required die is lifted through the table by an electrical system only when it is being used for production.
The technical possibilities are completed by punching, forming, counterboring, tapping, the production of various perforated plates and the possibility of marking engraving.
