STRONG COMMITMENT
When it comes to welding, choose us!
Our certified welders are well-versed in TIG and MIG welding; welding non-alloy structural steels,
stainless steel and aluminium materials fits well into our profile.
Welding is carried out with quality machines from FRONIUS, one of the most innovative manufacturers
in the field.
TIG and MIG welding at RABACSA Metalltechnik
Welding is a process in which heat is applied to materials to melt them and create a cohesive bond between them.
RABACSA Metalltechnik offers its partners the two most common manual welding methods, TIG and MIG welding.
The welding methods we use are among the types of arc welding.
Both processes use electricity to weld metals.
Applications
Both TIG and MIG welding can be used for a wide range of metals, with MIG welding being more suitable for thick
materials and TIG welding for thin materials. The typical welding materials for these two processes are aluminium,
carbon steel and stainless steel.
Main benefits
TIG - Tungsten Inert Gas - welding is extremely versatile, allowing you to weld a wide range of small and thin materials.
This technology gives greater control during the welding operation.
The process guarantees strong, accurate and aesthetic seams.
MIG - Metal Inert Gas - welding is recommended for large and thick materials.
This technology is much faster than TIG welding.
This results in shorter lead times for the Customer.
Another advantage is that it can be used to produce welds with little or no cleaning and rework.
